  • Client confidentiality is of paramount importance to the business and is always respected between clients
  • Non disclosure agreements are always available and recommended
  • We ensure that the business meets the required obligations under the Data Protection Act (1998)

Conflicts of Interest

  • We always seek to avoid conflicts of interest prior to entering into an arrangement.
  • Any conflicts of interest identifying will be flagged to the relevant parties in order to seek an effective resolution to any potential risks and issues

Anti-bribery

  • In line with the 1998 act, we will only ever consider accepting genuine business hospitality outside of any contract discussions or selection processes or when it is considered part of proportionate and reasonable promotional activities

Insurance

  • The business maintains appropriate insurance and has a professional indemnity policy in place for up to £1 million with Direct Line insurance (Policy Number PI6Z77646 and started 5th December 2016)

  • We take complaints seriously so should you have any reason to make a complaint about the business, its directors, employees, suppliers or partners then please email your concerns directly to richard@growthunlocked.com
